At Miora Jewelry, all orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7–15 business days, while express shipping delivers within 5–8 business days.

Shipping times begin once your order has been dispatched and do not include customs clearance or processing delays. For made-to-order customized pieces, handling times are longer as each item is carefully handcrafted by artisans.

In rare cases, delivery may take 16–20 business days due to unforeseen circumstances. During periods of high order volume, slight delays may occur. If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.

Order Tracking

You can track your order by visiting the “Track Order” page on our website, which redirects you to ParcelsApp. Alternatively, you may visit ParcelsApp directly and enter your tracking number.

Please note that Miora Jewelry is not affiliated with ParcelsApp. While many customers find it useful, we cannot guarantee third-party platform updates or the absence of ads.

Tracking your order is always free. Do not click on ads, popups, or pay any service to track your shipment. We do not charge for tracking and do not profit from third-party tracking services.

Shipping Responsibility

Miora Jewelry is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout or for rejected deliveries. If an order is undelivered due to incorrect information or refusal, responsibility lies with the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, the customer must file a claim with the local logistics provider.

Agreement

By placing an order with Miora Jewelry, you acknowledge and agree to this shipping policy. By completing your purchase, you agree not to open claims, chargebacks, or complaints related to shipping times, as these are clearly communicated prior to checkout.
